HOW BOOKING WORKS
GETTING STARTED
We will start by scheduling a Zoom or phone introduction meeting to ensure you know that you are not just another client; you are someone we genuinely want to assist in this journey! We will learn more about you during this conversation and gather details regarding your future facility.

If you choose to move forward, we will provide you with an electronic contract outlining the payment terms. Once you sign the contract and cover the down payment, we will begin working on your project right away!
COMPLETE A SECURE DOC FILE
Upon payment, you will receive a secure Google Doc to input the information required for your project (e.g., license application, program design, etc.). Once your information is added, we begin working on the project!
COMMUNICATION & TIMELINE
We will communicate via email or phone if we need additional information and can offer updates on the project if necessary. We remain steadfast on completing the project on the timeline we made during the initial agreement or sooner.
DELIVERABLES & FINAL PAYMENT
Once the project is completed, we will contact you to send the final invoice and provide the agreed-upon deliverables, contingent upon receiving the final payment.
